"I'm so happy with the service department at Derry Cycle. I dropped my bike off and they really made me feel like they actually cared about fixing the problems with my brakes on my Vstar 1100. They also found aftermarket brake rotors for my bike when the other shop I took it to only wanted to sell me factory rotors at more than twice the price. The job came in a little under the price they quoted me and the bike was done a day earlier than they expected. I've had my bike serviced at other Yamaha shops in the area for the last 5 years and I have to say, Craig and Kathy in service were way better than I expected them to be. Thanks a ton, I'm wicked happy with the work you did! "

"The business manager sold me a 2010 V-Star 950T which was a leftover model. He was very knowledgeable in the bike and is also an experienced rider. Any question that I had he answered or looked it up. I wanted a different windshield that was out of stock at Yamaha. He was able to get me a windshield a week ahead of the expected delivery date. Would definitely go back to buy other things. "
